Three-piece inflatable penile prosthesis : do you know if existing “oversize length” for afro-american race?

For me Is important to know this information. If some man know if are existing AMS or MENTOR 3-piece penile implant with ” oversize ” and longer cylinders” for man with large and long penis i need to know. ( i think these are existent but i need correct answer) .
