I want to feel like an adult and have that feeling of ownership and security. I want to feel like I’m buying something with the money I pay for housing every month instead of just paying for space and to not be thrown out. My current landlord, in particular, is kinda slumlord-like and isn’t really taking care of the upkeep of the old home I’m living in right now. I don’t want to start a family in a place that isn’t mine with furniture I’ve mostly gotten from others. I know I have to start somewhere but I don’t want the worst of the worst I want stability
