Ok, someone approached me with a job offer and I have problems coming to a decision. So any feedback is appreciated. Below is factors in comparison, it goes something like this: 1) my current job 2) the new offer ____ 1) has limited opportunity for advancement 2) prestigious MNC with lots of exposure and certainly shine my resume in the future 1) manageable workload, stable working hours, friendly culture 2) overwhelming responsibilities, late and long working hours, expected complicated working relationship In the long run, the new job looks more promising. However, I am really concerned if I can even make it in the short-term!! Upon hearing the new job requirements, I nearly broke out in cold sweat! Of course, the benefits are better too. So, I'm caught between an apparent trade-off between health and career issue. What should I do?!
