Which is better? Civil Engineer or a Geologist? I know it depends on what I want and how much education, a 4yr degree of civil engineering pays more than a 4yr degree in geology. Not to mention civil’s are in demand, geologists not so much. Geology goes through more ups and downs depending on the oil industry. Civil Engineer varies less with construction. Both are good. But I have to make a decision before starting my higher learning so I’m posting in here to see what others think would be a good choice of career. Thanks for your input with this decision
