I’m great at my job. But lately my boss hired a new person which means less for me. I haven’t complained. His Email "I know you have been going through a tough time the past couple of months, but it's time for you to get yourself going!! You are going through "sales depression". You start feeling sorry for yourself, making excuses, etc. Everyone goes through it at some point, but you have to be able to wake yourself up and get out of it!! You are capable of MUCH more than you are doing right now! This business is not easy - we know that. It takes a special kind of person to be able to come in here everyday and get them FOCUSED on what needs to be done on a daily basis. Are you able to do that??? That's what you have to ask yourself right now. Can you step it up or will you be stepping out? We want you here - but only YOU can control what happens from here". I’m doing everything I can should I quit and find another job?
