My approach after wishing a toned stomach-- was to do something about it. What am I eating? Goal - get rid of the excess fat stored in the middle. Best ways to do that really know what you're eating write it down. Share it with others be honest with yourself. Then, the hard work is required. I like side bends, leg raises and torso twist. Make sure you engage your abs muscles. (Tighten of the abs) Yes, you could do crunches but watch your form. I'm not expert... I'm a woman who desires the same thing.
