If someone is close to me I automatically start to sweat. And I don't do it because I'm nervous it just happens. Here, I'll tell you what happens. Someone comes close to me to talk > I start to feel my sweat glands getting wet > I start to sweat > then the fact that I'm sweating makes me nervous that that person thinks something is wrong > I start to get nervous > sweat even more... you get it. So what can I do to prevent sweating its ruining my social life! This is an embarrassing subject but more humiliating in public. Should I talk to my dr. about it or not?

Comments on Sweating Issues
i hear you
I have the same issue with excessive sweating... I usually only have this occur when I leave my house and go where there are a group of people. And then there are the more obvious places, at the gym or when I am working around the house. I have tried all the antiperspirants out there. I have found that one that has baking soda works much better although I have not found one that completely fixes the problem. If I know I’m going somewhere that I am going to have problems I wear a black or white shirt and bring a duplicate so I can go into a bathroom and change into a clean smell free one later on.
