I’ve always wanted to do early morning yoga, but could never really commit to it. Plus, whenever I tried, I would always be so stiff from just getting out of bed; I didn’t think I was getting much benefit from it. But I’ve recently started exercising more regularly, and have just this week been managing to get up consistently at 6:30 so I can get in a workout before the day starts. And it’s been great for doing yoga, as well! I finish my workout in 30 minutes, and then spend 30-45 minutes doing breathing exercises. I am looking to keep up this goal for as long as I can!!
