hey everyone, im julia and im 18, im here for the same reason as the rest of you, to get some motivation to lose weight.Im not exactly overweight, but im getting there. My goal is to lose weight and maintain it afterwards. Im 150 pounds right now, and i want to lose 10-15.Has anyone got any healthy low cal snack tips they could give me.
