First of all, you can't tell by symbols and gestures like A Single Red Rose (or lots of roses), jewelry, or such. They could have done something awful and are trying to make up for it. Do they really have to give up something they like to prove it? A guy can love you and treat you like crap, and another guy might treat you well and not love you at all. So how can you tell or can you? My goal is to focus on whether I’m are getting what i want out of the relationship, right now, regardless of what is going on in their head?
